Comparing from last year’s data, it shows that 2 new companies have entered the list namely NIIT and Tata Consultancy while Aditya Birla Minacs and Allied International Credit was dropped from the list.

Training is not limited to new hire training, in this industry where products and policies could change on a daily basis. Tenured employees are also given training since it can strengthen your skills and could address various employee weaknesses like high AHT or low CSAT scores.
